Solved CAD Bugs:
- Screen name and print sequence is now saved in jobfile. The print sequence is checked during load of jobs.
- Memory was freed uncorrectly, if you used a curve preset in raster dialog.
Solved CAM Bugs:
- EJB Job files now store separation name and print order to make it possible to replace a separation of a LYR file.
Engraving Jobs will accept a replacement LYR files by identifying separations via its name not via its internal number.
Therfore it is no more neccessary to recreate an engraving job if a LYR file separation is replaced.Engraving Protokoll shows now Focus corresponding to device.
- Engraving Protokolls contain now Focus only on LEN3000/3000 devices.
- bestLEN Bug for EL4000 derivates fixed. Previous Versions did not work due to wrong simmer control.
- Machines without Focussystem called functions that needed a bridged wiring. Now on machines without focus system no calls are made to the driver regarding focus.
- Encoder0Offset is saved in NIOS now. So at system startup this value is already valid. Thus this value must be correct at retainer detection.
- AOM calibration possibility for 'self controlled' lasers.
- LEN3000/4000: Head automatically moves back before Tension Roller Claws are opened.
New CAD Features:
- If a separation is transferred from one file to an other, the screen name is also transferred now.
New CAM Features:
- rotaLEX 6610 now supported.
- MAX Logging interface established, also config system established.
- Border can now be pre-engraved now in a low resolution.
This is useful for rotaPlate direct engraving to fast remove the lacquer at the rotaPlates edges.
New CAM Features for Service Technician:
- Manual adjustement tools for focus lense for LEN4000bL.
Installation of Patch:
This Patch can only be applied on bestIMAGE 4.00/01, 4.00/02 or 4.00/03 !
Download these 2 files into the same directory:
Patch.zip
In case of Windows XP: PatchSetupXP.exe
In case of Windows Vista: PatchSetupVista.exe
and double click on the downloaded file PatchSetup(XP/Vista).exe. This will start the Patch installation program which will guide you through the installation.
You have to close bestIMAGE before launching PatchSetup(XP/Vista).exe. The setup only was successful if you read a success message at the end of the installation !
If the installation can not be completed successfully for any reason, you have to completely uninstall all bestIMAGE software and reinstall it, otherwise an unstable configuration might be the result.
In rare cases it is necessary to manually remove the directory C:\Program Files\STORK-STK if the uninstallation program did not completely remove this folder, before you reinstall the bestIMAGE software.
