Solved CAD Bugs:

CMYK Separation : in the resulting separations the folowing output parameter : mesh, screen type and printing method are correctly set.
Production process and scale factors (circum. repeats in endless) are now transfered when parameters are drag and dropped from one to another part.
Raster Function using Rastermode "Circle" produced sometimes single pixels between the raster dots.
FrameUp doesn't process the screens which are not visible( before that caused insufficient memory if file was compressed ).

Solved CAM Bugs:

Firststep values entered by user where missinterpreted by "3D Relief calculation". (now it is corrected to work again like in 3.60/xx)
For flat (2 level) separations the 0% firststep is now used instead of 99%. (to use the same parameters like tonal separations for 100% values)
rotaLEX: "Power Limit" value is now taken into account.
Canvas area automatically resizes during loading of old *.job files.
During "Retainer detection" error overspeed limit could happen in rare cases (if cutspeed min limit was defined in a certain range).
If channel control via COM(RS232) interface is needed, an adequate warning appears, if no COM connection is present.
ONFLY-Raster using Rastermode "Circle" produced sometimes single pixels between the raster dots.
Material calibration update to output parameter is now working correctly ( for standalone system and also server system ).
Retainer detection bug solved.
Drumspeed is now being calculated precisely between Rpm Max and Rpm Min.
bestLEN641X: Default values for "Head and Tailstock settings" as well as for "Retainer settings" now correct.
Without this Patch bestLEN641X did not control the right centerdisc correctly.

New CAD Features:

CAM Preprocessing plugin: A warning is now displayed if the graytone and 2 level file does not match.
This prevents from selecting incorrect grey files for 3D reflief/gravure preprocessing.

New CAM Features:

MAX communication interface finished (errors, warnings, states, autopurge)
MAX now also supports "Spiral block" output mode.
Helios with retainer 2 check, if Repeatsensor is plugged on. ATTENTION!!! Hardware wiring must be changed for this feature
Modified logging for device MAX (channel-/device-status bits, operating hours)
Incorrect parameters for material calibration is now marked as 'red background' in material combo box
Default Value of Focus wizard cut speed is now 10.0 m/s (was 12.8).
Morpheus and Helios now supports "rotaPlate Drum" retainer #6.
Helios now supports "Embossing roll" retainer #7.

New CAM Features for Service Technician:

ecoLEN, bestLEN, LEN4000bL: Longer timeouts for single shot routine (exceed 15 min now).
ecoLEN, bestLEN, LEN4000bL: Single shot with closed shutter now also supported.
ecoLEN, bestLEN, LEN4000bL: Improvements for 'Power Linearization' dialog
Helios: Possibility to leave unprotected crash sensor in position home or front (used for "Embossing roll" retainer #7).
Enable/disable of individual retainers (used to prevent retainer 1+2 for AGRIOS).
Patches can be installed with PatchSetup.exe /nodrv, so CAM stations used in Emulation mode also can be updated now.
Usually laptops ofer service technicians or Demo PCs without machines need this feature.

Installation of Patch:

This Patch can only be applied on bestIMAGE 4.00/01, 4.00/02, 4.00/03 or 4.00/04 !
Download these 2 files into the same directory:

Patch.zip
In case of Windows XP: PatchSetupXP.exe
In case of Windows Vista: PatchSetupVista.exe

and double click on the downloaded file PatchSetup(XP/Vista).exe. This will start the Patch installation program which will guide you through the installation.
You have to close bestIMAGE before launching PatchSetup(XP/Vista).exe. The setup only was successful if you read a success message at the end of the installation !

If the installation can not be completed successfully for any reason, you have to completely uninstall all bestIMAGE software and reinstall it, otherwise an unstable configuration might be the result.

In rare cases it is necessary to manually remove the directory C:\Program Files\STORK-STK if the uninstallation program did not completely remove this folder, before you reinstall the bestIMAGE software.
