The program NIOSFlash.exe is designed to flash the UCB Hardwaredesign #233 onto the UCB via RS232 cable.
You should only use this program, if communication with the driverinterface is not possible.
(e.g.: If using Hardwaredesign #232 with UPA-Card machines on bestIMAGE verions < 4.00/Patch 5).

You need a connection from PC COM1 to UCB via a RS232 cable.
If no cable is present at machine you may use the LSU-RS232 cable for this.
If a cable connection is alrady present you have to disconnect the machine side plug of the existing cable 
from the SPS and connect it to the UCB board (upper most connector).
